On the Cancer Council website Samantha tells the story of her treatment experience for melanoma which lead to lifelong condition of lymphoedema. She was only 23 when she was first diagnosed, so went on to access services with organisations such as Cancer Council, Redkite and Melanoma Patients Australia (Queensland branch).
